I do not typically like the piney taste of gin. This gin does not have that taste. It is lighter and smoother than other a more refreshing taste as opposed to pine.

If I choose to have a gin martini is definitely going to be Hendricks. Blends well with cucumbers and lime. Love the botanicals smells and taste.
