This will always be my go to gin. Even as I've tried to go more local, I just keep coming back to Hendricks because the flavor profile, cucumber-based, is so light and easygoing, that it's always the right thing.

overall, fantastic gin for multipurpose use. i love it in cocktails like french 75 and negronis, but it's also really good in gin and tonics. i really like this stuff!
