Oh so smooooooth!
I was very excited to be in this campaign since I really enjoy good whiskey! Glenfiddich 15 Year Old Solera Single Malt had been around on the shelf of liquor store for as long as I remember but I usually would get the 12 year old bottle, so it was interesting to gab the 15, a little more mature and little more expensive sister. I love the the box the bottle came in and the rich golden amber color but it is really about the liquor itself. I like whisky neat so i feel like i really get pure and true taste. I find Glendfiddich to be smooth and velvety and therefore very approachable to serve neat. Personally, I thought it performed well in Old Fashion but was slightly too gentle for other coctails and with additions of mixers.

Great Tasting and Smooth!
It taste amazing on the rocks but also great in old fashioned. Very smooth. Its very gentle, fruit forward which is great for whisky virgins like me newbies but also had complexity in taste which my hubby loves.
