A really nice pour
I really enjoyed the Glenfiddich 14 Year Old Bourbon Barrel Reserve. It is smooth with a pleasant sweetness. You definitely get the flavor of the wood it's aged in. Even though it's a 14 year, there is some presence of an alcohol burn, but it is not overpowering. This one gets better the longer it sits.

great for sipping
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great sipping whiskey. I enjoy a smooth whiskey and water after a crazy day. I really enjoyed the richness the bourbon barrel left this scotch. The vanilla was the stand out flavor after the bourbon. I will definitely enjoy sharing this bottle for the upcoming holidays.
