It is matured for 12 years in oak sherry casks that creates sweet and subtle oak flavor. Its freshness comes from a distinctive note of fruitiness of pear that develops into butterscotch, cream, malt and subtle oak finish.

Excellently smooth and easy to drink
I usually prefer my drink to be very bold and spicy but I'm not going to lie that I'm very impressed with this one. It's excellently smooth with nice hint of pear and green apple and very subtle smokiness. An excellent choice if you're new to drinking higher proof alcohol. Definitely high quality drink.
