glenfiddich 12 year old single malt scotch whisky

This certainly is different

This certainly is different but here goes. The nose is ever so sweet ,sharp citrus almost takes your breath away. The whiskey is thick and lush on the pallet . There are glennfiddich signature notes here combined with a maltiness ,I'm convinced I can taste hops there's a bitter sweet aspect to it . It can feel a bit furry walnuts comes to mind ,it ends with a sweet peppery burn on the tip of your tongue. The finish is long this thing has some age to it and certainly is a chest warmer . The addition of water opens the sweet aspect to this whiskey and shuts down the pepper. The joy it brings is that it lingers . It is different it ,there are some complexities to it , whisky nuts will be entertained by it .

This is one of my all time favorite single malt scotches! Not only is the flavor delicious and not too strong, therefore allowing you to truly taste it, but it is also a great price point compared to several 12 year single malt scotch brands.
