First, thank you New Air for putting your customers first! Every verbal or written exchange was pleasant, friendly and reassuring. I had an issue that was handled prompt and efficiently. Next, the 125 Can Froster is built amazing and the heated glass and touch screen controls look and feel very fancy. I will be ordering from new air again just based on the quality of this product and customer service alone. I definitely recommend this product to any one that loves to have their drinks very……cold. Anfernee was the best!!!!!
