THE taste of Kentucky
Kentucky, the next state north of me, has long been known for its rich heritage, culture and, of course, horse racing, the Kentucky Derby, the world's longest cave system at Mammoth Cave, N.P., coal, moonshine, tobacco, fabulous Bluegrass music and bourbon. Evan Williams has been making that bourbon since 1783; 9 years before Kentucky became a US state in 1792! If you wish to experience an entire state at its finest, try Evan Williams Black for the best taste of Kentucky there is! Smooth, mellow, rich in flavor, easy to drink, whether straight, as a mix or on the rocks. I like it with club soda, a couple ice cubes and a slice of lemon or lime. I love the taste of Kentucky, no matter where I go, so long as I have my Evan Williams Black!
