Surprisingly very smooth
I myself like alot of others have said in the comments have tried several bourbons over the years that were more expensive and this was surprisingly comparable but at a much lower price. Thought it was going to have to much of a burn but didn't. It goes down good neat or with a cube of ice. Definitely will be in my stock for every day drinking from now on!

Delicious flavor, be smooth
I recently purchased my first bottle of Evan Williams and it is delicious. I bought it for a chocolate cake recipe that calls for bourbon (this cake is amazing between the bourbon and black coffee it's moist and very flavorful). Anyway tonight I finally decided to make a drink to sip on at bedtime and am really enjoying my drink. I added ice and a little water.
