Delicious flavor, nice aroma and very smooth!
I prefer my bourbon nest and the 1783 is delicious neat.

I'm a fan of Evan Williams black so going into this I wasn't surprised I would like it. I am surprised just how much I do. This has become a staple on my bar. I can drink this neat but I feel 2 small cubes is the perfect way to drink it. Just enough melt to unleash the nodes. So good!
