Tastes like a very nice plate of pancakes. So so good. Chilled on ice. Just a hint of maple!

Great for shots but...
Great for shots but not something to drink all the time. I wouldnt pay that much for a drink that has limited uses. Id make one with just a hint of maple thats more of an everyday whiskey, rather than one for specialty drinks and shots.
