Usually Crown is good for mixed drinks (it isnt smooth enough for sipping in my book), but this maple finished version is The maple is mainly a smell, you dont really taste it, so dont go in expecting a fall tasting drink!

This is way different...

This is way different than what I thought it would be. It smells like freshly smoked wood which I didn't even want to drink because I couldn't stop smelling it. The taste was awesome, I made BBQ sauce with it and it added that extra kick to my chicken. It's not something you could really mix with, but it did make a nice sipping alcohol.
