Chambord is seriously...
Chambord is seriously underrated—it's got kind of a bad rap thanks to the '80s and '90s, but it's objectively balanced and (in my opinion) delicious. I use Chambord in place of creme de cassis in my Kirs Royales and I'll never go back. I've also had fellow bar industry people recommend baking with it or drizzle it over vanilla ice cream. Bottom line: Chambord is more versatile than you think!

Beautiful bottle but...
Beautiful bottle but is a little expensive for the amount of liquor you get. I like the flavor though and it is a good mixer for shots.
