My very first bartending job, we had a drink on the menu with chambord, and I fell in love. It adds twist to simple drinks. My favorite, vodka, chambord, sprite, lemon twist. Trust me

Don't let anyone...
Don't let anyone convince you that you can use any raspberry liquer in place of Chambord. That simply isn't true. It's expensive, so people tend to want a cheaper dupe. Chambord is thick and sweet with a strong raspberry flavor and hints of vanilla and honey. Most competitors are just alcoholic raspberry syrup. Pay the extra for the better product in this case. For a tasty, simple, and light cocktail try mixing with Prosecco.
