Tasting Notes
Appearance
Deep cherry color that suggests a young and vibrant wine.
Nose
Nose is rich in aromas and pronounced in intensity. We are struck by the ripe red fruit, later we get the wood nuances with gently sweet notes of vanilla to finish with other sweet spices.
Palate
On the palate it is perfumed, soft and fresh with a long finish that leaves memories of red fruit, vanilla and cocoa.

I need to start this...
I need to start this review off with an embarrassing confession...my wine experience has been limited to the boxed variety. I know! Awful. Ive had bad experience after bad experience making the grown-up attempt to have my tastebuds enjoy wine. Ive either had ones that were far too sweet, dry or tasted bitter hence sticking to the boxed varieties. This lovely bottle changed that for me. I cant say that I tasted the fruity notes or that I even noticed the vanilla and spices that the description on the bottle highlighted, but what I can say is that I finished my first glass and Im pouring another. Im far from being a sommelier but I highly recommended this bottle of wine for people who are like me and unfamiliar with the great world of wines.

Dry and smooth, this...
Dry and smooth, this is an excellent wine for a mere $10. It has a strong cherry-flavored body but it isn't overwhelming in its acidity. Compared to other dry reds in the same price range, it tastes high dollar.
