Appearance
Ruby-Red color, bright and deep.
Nose
Intense nose, with a great balance between the fruit (cherries, black plums, ripe blackberries) and the clean nuances coming from the oak (clove, pepper, vanilla and coconut), enriched by the complex aromas developed during bottle ageing.
Palate
Very attractive on the palate, with ripe fruit and spices, tobacco and toasted oak. Elegant and soft tannins, middle weight, long and complex finish.

Better than expected....
Better than expected. As an often skeptical consumer, I was pleasantly surprised by Campo Viejo Reserva as it was a great quality and at a very reasonable price. It's exactly what will have staying power in a somewhat saturated marketplace

It has a really great...
It has a really great and smooth taste. I have tried it both alone and for a homemade sangria recipe. Very affordable would recommend as a wine that is not too sweet not too dry.
