Ruby-Red color, bright and deep.
Nose
Intense nose, with a great balance between the fruit (cherries, black plums, ripe blackberries) and the clean nuances coming from the oak (clove, pepper, vanilla and coconut), enriched by the complex aromas developed during bottle ageing.
Palate
Very attractive on the palate, with ripe fruit and spices, tobacco and toasted oak. Elegant and soft tannins, middle weight, long and complex finish.

I love the taste,...
I love the taste, scent is not too strong, I did not feel hung over next day, I added ginger ale to make a spritzer, willing to try different recipe.

Wasn't sweet enough...
Wasn't sweet enough for my likings. I love a good sweet wine! But this goes well with steak.
