Appearance
Ruby-Red color, bright and deep.
Nose
Intense nose, with a great balance between the fruit (cherries, black plums, ripe blackberries) and the clean nuances coming from the oak (clove, pepper, vanilla and coconut), enriched by the complex aromas developed during bottle ageing.
Palate
Very attractive on the palate, with ripe fruit and spices, tobacco and toasted oak. Elegant and soft tannins, middle weight, long and complex finish.

Its a perfectly smooth...
Its a perfectly smooth red. It was rated a favorite at the store I bought it at and they were right. The bottle label color is pretty so it a nice wine to bring as a gift or when your hosting. Perfection!

I am not a big red...
I am not a big red wine fan, only because I havent indulged in trying out too many. I tend to lean more towards white and sweeter, but I did enjoy this wine. It didnt have an over powering or too dry taste, it was a light taste and would compliment a steak or chicken dinner. I know everyones palates are different, and I am still exploring the wine world, but this is something I will add to my wine list to enjoy.
