Unique, flavorful, and not too sweet
This was my first time try Campari, and I was pleasantly surprised. I love the bitter and citrus which contrasts well with other ingredients in the cocktail (vermouth and prosecco). The result is a very flavorful, complex drink that is not too sweet. And because it's not too sweet, it's easy to drink a few. I hosted a Campari/SAG Awards party, and most of my guests were trying Campari for the first time as well. The cocktails were very well received, and everyone enjoyed trying something new and different. Campari is a unique liquor, and I will definitely be purchasing again.
