Versatile and bracing liquor

We began the night with the classic negroni cocktail following the provided recipe. It really was a great place to start as it showcased the bitter, sweet, and crisp flavors. Some members really enjoyed the bitterness and dressed it down to a campari spritz to highlight the herbalness. Others dressed it up into a boulevardier enhanced with bourbon to help cut through the bitterness as we hone in on everyone's palates. That said, Campari was able to find a way into making a winning cocktail for everyone as we watched our Asian brethren from Everything Everywhere All At Once take home their awards for the first time at the SAG. TRULY A NIGHT TO REMEMBER.

It was ehh

It had a strong taste to it when I made the drinks and had to add more seltzer water to tame it. I thought it would be similar to an Aperol spritz but it wasn't. Maybe it would taste better if I made different drinks with it.
