a refreshing cocktail

Campari was a crowd pleaser when we watched the Screen Actors Guild Awards. Some found it bitter, some found it citrusy and fruity. We paired it with orange juice which worked particularly well in place of soda and made a refreshing cocktail. But you can drink it straight as a shot as well. My guest said it's an acquired taste because it's bitter, but still enjoyed it.

Interesting flavor!

Not really used to drinking many cocktails so this is a new one for me! It has an array of flavors, very earthy and then bitter. May not be everyone's cup of tea but it's an OK drink. The citrus definitely helps balance out the bitter so that's a big plus.
