I have heard of some scotches that are very smokey, peated, and aggressive. This doesn't seem to be that, this is pleasantly sweet, with a smokey, leathery finish. Simply add with pineapple juice, pour over ice and garnish with fresh fruit for a Buchanita cocktail.
