Islay Barley 2007 Edition
Aroma of earth, cereal, and butterscotch, giving way to honey, citrus, and sea salt.

Powerful and fresh
The overall presentation of this Bruichladdich Classic Laddie aqua colored bottle and its design is appealing, aesthetic, fresh, and modern. This bright, white whisky at its nose is quite powerful, which makes it quite difficult to separate individual, distinct flavors but tastes overall like malted bread. The palate has a strong pepper and spice of cinnamon to it, which tastes bright and sweet. This entire experience brings in all those bright, fresh, zingy, and powerful hot summer vibes.

Good deal for the price and quality
Nose: Fruity, think strawberries and raspberries. There's also a slight apple or pear I get after going back to nose after the first sip. Toffee. Bright light salty sea air. Palate: Bread with honey, caramel apple, underlying earthiness and malt. Finish: Malt lingers with a medium finish, muted fruit, some pepper and hint of smoke. Overall a very enjoyable dram that is easy to drink even with the 50% abv. Good deal for the price and quality. Would rate as 7.5 out of 10
