So, I recently got my hands on Bruichladdich's The Classic Laddie Scottish Barley whisky, and let me tell you, it was a real treat. I got hints of vanilla, honey, and a touch of citrus – really hit the spot. But here's the kicker – I decided to pair it with some dark chocolate. And let me tell you, that combo was next level. Second bottle purchased! Shared the first with a group of friends on St Patty's. This drink is smooth and has almost a complex vanilla undertone to it. We had it with lemon and soda water. Cheers!
