Great whisky for the price

I tried this whisky neat before making a whisky ginger lime. The flavor and aroma was almost floral to me. I could really feel the floral flavor open up in my mouth. The packaging is super cute, it looks great on my bar cart. I think the price is worth it for the flavor.

If you don't add this based on flavor - get it for the am...

This is one for the person tip-toeing from bourbon, or American whiskey, wanting to try a taste from across the pond - easy on the palate, not harsh or overly smokey (thanks to the unpeated nature) this seaside barley, has a slightly aquatic salinity, but is dominated by sweets, a bit of honey, Cinnamon and a Sugarbee/Fuji apple crispness. This is a superb choice for those wanting to entertain, to have in their arsenal for the recreational, and weekend scotch drinkers who mosey through.
