Very smooth.
The only tequila I like to just sit and sip on. I don't use this good tequila in mixed drinks. Too good for that!!! lol

Never mind Don this
Never mind Don this and Señor that, Avion is what to look for in a fine sipping tequila. Soft and caramel tasting it is meant to be sipped and circulated around your mouth before sharing it with your throat. No salt or even ice should be used with this drink. Great tequila.
