Best summer aperitif

I love Aperol. It's the perfect summer cocktail addition. It pairs well with anything fizzy except for dark sodas in my opinion. It's also beautiful and such a wonderful color. The bottle has a fun shakes and reminds me of something you'd see on a yacht in Italy. It's delicious and it's really hard to screw it up. It's a great staple for people who want to get into making cocktails but are intimated by more complicated recipes.

Citrusy bittersweet liqueur that is essential for the Aperol Spritz! Love drinking an Aperol Spritz in the summer. Definitely recommend trying it out!
