Love an Aperol spritz!
I tried an Aperol spritz for the first time this year and I'm so hooked. I love how refreshing and unique Aperol is, it's almost herbal and bitter alone, but mixed into things (as it should be), it makes such flavorful and special drinks!

Delicious and refreshing
The Aperol spritz is a classic drink for a reason! It's delicious and I feel so bougie drinking it. Just sit in a patio and pretend I'm on the Italia Rivera! Can't wait to try in other cocktails. Had a crazy drink my local theater was doing for the Barbie movie that contained Aperol. It's more versatile than you might think!
