It's the perfect summer drink. It's light and refreshing and not too sweet, which makes it the ideal cocktail for sipping on a hot summer day. We will definitely use this for an upcoming girls weekend!

Bitter & Dry Need to be Your Preferences

I deeply understand why this is considered a palate cleanser. This is going to neutralize anything else you've tasted, but wowza is she bitter. I even did two parts prosecco to one aperitivo and the bitterness was still quite overwhelming. I got none of the sweet in bittersweet. Not for me, but if you find bitter and dry refreshing, why not give it a try? The color is quite lovely for mixing.
