Refreshing
I made this with orange juice, cranberry juice and Prosecco. I liked it, but thought it was a little bitter so I added more Prosecco and liked it better! Definitely a taste I was not used to, but it was a good change up from what I usually drink.

The Amalfi classic !
The only way to enjoy an Aperol is the Aperol Spritz! And I love experimenting with the Aperol - adding bitters, adding fruits and Aperol being so versatile, blends well with everything! Here is your recipe for the perfect Spritz! 3 parts prosecco, 2 parts aperol and 1 part soda water. Garnish with an orange slice!
