Quite lovely
I just turned twenty one so I wasn't quite sure what to expect, since I don't have much experience with alcohol, but I actually liked it a lot. I tried it in an aperol spritz and just straight. The aperol is orangey while also bring rich and nutty. It feels full in the mouth and it good for sipping.

Refreshing
I absolutely love this drink. It has a refreshing bitter sweet taste that's perfect for a hot sunny day. Making an Aperol Spritz cocktail is the easiest thing and I would highly recommend it.
