Delicate, sweet, vanilla bean, golden raisin, dandelion, honey comb, Bee Pollen.
Palate
Taste after first pour (not open) Brown Butter, brown sugar, butterscotch, Serrano Chile, beachwood, young coconut, Colombian walnut, anise, gentian root. Taste after it sat for a few and really opened up. The above plus: Banana Peel, Mandarin oil, Mellow Martinique, and Rhum Plantians.
Finish
Absolutely full mouth feel with a slow trip from front to back. Really gorgeous transformation from first sip to last, each taste bringing out new flavors.
