A Very Pleasant Surprise

I was first intrigued at the thought of a rye with the triple-distilled smoothness for which Irish whiskeys are known. While it has a little more bite than I anticipated, the smoothness and balanced flavors make this a delight to sip neat or with a drop or two of water. Highly recommend.
