A really fantastic mezcal

This is a mezcal that even non-mezcal-drinkers will appreciate. There is a surprising amount of sweetness right upfront, combined with a delightful earthiness and a comparatively muted smokiness. It's not overwhelmingly smokey or savory like some mezcals can be. My partner noted the sense of volcanic rock, which feels to me like a good description. Minerally, lightly smokey, and sweet.
