Color
The color is fresh, with light yellow hues and a golden touch.
Aromas
The aromas are very clear, dominated by citrus fruits like lime and mandarin, completed by elegant floral notes, testimony to the elegance of the 2021 wines. More mature notes such as brioche or fresh hazelnut complement the bouquet. They come from 2020 reserves wines, patiently aged on fine lees, and from the aging in our cellars.
Palate
On the palate, it offers great purity and freshness 2021 characteristics are clearly dominant, with this very delicate salty sensation. Then, the power coming from the Pinot noir combined with the soft roundness typical of Meunier dominate the palate.
Finish
Then, what a deep and long finish! Both are testimony to the slow aging in cellars and the presence of wines vinified and aged in oak barrels.
