Deep cherry color that suggests a young and vibrant wine.
Nose
Nose is rich in aromas and pronounced in intensity. We are struck by the ripe red fruit, later we get the wood nuances with gently sweet notes of vanilla to finish with other sweet spices.
Palate
On the palate it is perfumed, soft and fresh with a long finish that leaves memories of red fruit, vanilla and cocoa.

I just recently...
I just recently discovered Tempranillo wines from a local wine bar and I was so excited to have the opportunity to review one for Influenster! You really can't go wrong with the Campo Viejo Rioja Tempranillo! It is a light, full bodied red that pairs very well with sharp cheddar crackers and salami. I shared the bottle with my husband and coworkers and we all really enjoyed it. At $8 a bottle, we will definitely be purchasing again.

This wine is slightly...
This wine is slightly tart with notes of plum and cherry. Very drinkable with a light feel, would go great with spicy food or red meat. At 12 dollars per bottle, I feel that this is fairly priced.
