**Prepare your peach purée in advance: Blend the flesh of two ripe Peach Truck peaches with a splash of water until smooth. Store in a squeeze bottle in the fridge.

- Fill your glass (a lowball or large wine glass) with ice, and add the following ingredients directly over the ice.
- First, pour in 1⅓ oz (2 tbsp + 2 tsp) Compass Box Orchard House.
- Follow that with ⅔ oz (4 tsp) ginger syrup.
- Then, ½ oz (1 tbsp) fresh lime juice.
- Add in the ~⅞ oz (1 tbsp + 2¾ tsp) Peach Truck purée**.
- Top off the drink with soda water to your preference.
- Give it a quick stir, and enjoy!
