Pour Coco Lopez into a coupe glass with ice.
Add pineapple juice.
Gently add blood orange juice.
Float AKAL Chai Rum Reserve on top.
Garnish with a slice of pineapple OR a mini pineapple and an ice ring (instead of ice cubes) made in a ring mold containing orange rind and hibiscus petals!
