- Grab a bottle of No.3 Gin and measure out 50 ml into a jug or a jigger (a spirit measure)
- Pour your gin into a highball glass filled with ice. Measure out 150ml of tonic water and pour into the same glass.
- Gently stir to combine the gin and tonic ingredients together.
- Garnish with pink grapefruit & a sprig of rosemary.
