- In a wine glass, combine 1 oz. of Blackleaf Organic Vodka, 1 oz. of Italicus, 1 oz. of Cocchi Rosa, ¾ oz. of freshly squeezed grapefruit juice, ¼ oz. of lemon juice, and ¼ oz. of simple syrup.
- Add ice to fill the glass, then pour in 2 oz. of chilled Mionetto Prosecco.
- Stir gently for a few seconds to blend and chill the ingredients without losing the bubbles.
- Slice a fresh grapefruit wheel or half wheel, and gently clap a sprig of mint between your palms to release its aroma.
- Place the grapefruit garnish and mint sprig into the glass for a refreshing, aromatic finish.
